We ask that you give us 10 business days to move your connection, and please be advised that a security deposit may be required.
Note: Some municipalities operate their own electric service. If you live in Antigonish, Berwick, Canso, Lunenburg, Mahone Bay or Riverport, please contact your local provider to request service.
Step 1: On your most recent NS Power bill, find your Account Number (top left of bill) and Web Access number (top right of bill)
Step 2: Provide us with some general information to set up your secure profile
Step 3: Activate your account by following a link we’ll send you via email. Then you’re all set!
