NS Power has introduced rebates to help reduce the amount of electricity used new homes. To be eligible for any of the following NS Power rebates, the completed home must have a final EnerGuide rating of at least 80.
Please be advised that NS Power is not providing a separate rebate cheque. Electrical rebates will be combined in a single provincial rebate cheque.

Please note:
- ETS systems must have the ability to store heat during NS Power’s off peak hours. The system must have appropriate timing and controls in place to operate with NS Power's time-of-day power rates. Timing and control options include meter signals, programmable thermostats or time clocks.
