Demand Side Management Cost Recovery Rider

Applicability This schedule applies to all electric rate classes with the exception of the Wholesale Market Non-Dispatchable Supplier Spill Tariff and the Mersey System Tariff (i.e., Mersey Basic Block).

Charge

In addition to standard energy charges, the following Demand Side Management Cost Recovery Rider (DCRR) charges shall apply for the period January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013. Please note that this charge appears on your bill as Energy Efficiency Programs.
