Nova Scotia Power is warning the public of a telephone scam that has been reported to the company. In this scam, a caller claims to represent “associates of Nova Scotia Power,” or one of a number of companies, including Hydro Canada, Nova Scotia Hydro and Power Company. The caller offers to sell the customer a device to reduce their power consumption.
