While the site has undergone extensive testing to ensure it is compatible with the widest selection of phones and devices available, we cannot guarantee that it will function properly on every one. Every time I try to access the Nova Scotia Power mobile site, I get an error message.
Are you able to access other mobile sites? If not, you may not have web access enabled on your cell phone/mobile device. Your service provider may be able to enable this.
I can access the site but there are no outages listed.
Only known outages affecting more than 100 customers are listed. If your power is out and you don’t know why, please call our outage line at 1-877-428-6004. You can also find this number under the ‘contact us’ section of the mobile site.
Earlier, I bookmarked the page with outage information for my area. Why can’t I access that page now?
