Nova Scotia Power customers are able to access information on payment agents, power outages, billing options and more through a web site designed specifically for cell phones and mobile devices.
To access the mobile site, ensure that your mobile browser supports WAP/HTML and is enabled. Point your browser to www.nspower.ca/m. You’ll then see a list of the information presented on the site. | |

To access outage information: To access outage information, select ‘Live Outage Information’. If there are no outages, you’ll see a message indicating this. If there are outages, the site will show: - First page - A list of regions with outages (number of customers affected will appear in parentheses beside the region name).
- Second page - List of communities affected.
- Third page - List of areas affected with the community.
- Fourth page - Outage information page for that area.

Each outage information page will include: - Description of the affected area
- Time of occurrence
- Number of customers without power
- Estimated Restoration Time
- Cause (if known)
